Preamble
Day Dream Hub.com LLC ("DayDreamHub") is a company incorporated in Georgia, operating an online platform available at daydreamhub.com that facilitates day-use and short-stay reservations at hotels and other facilities.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the DayDreamHub platform and its services by users ("Guests").
Article 1 — Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
- "Platform" means the DayDreamHub website and mobile website through which Guests may access services and make reservations.
- "Facility" means any hotel, spa, coworking space, or other establishment that has partnered with DayDreamHub and listed its offerings on the Platform.
- "Facility Owner" means the operator or manager of a Facility who is responsible for listing offerings and approving reservations on the Platform.
- "Service" means any guest room, spa facility, workspace, activity, or other area or amenity at a Facility that may be reserved for a specified time slot.
- "Offer" means a Service made available by a Facility along with its applicable terms of use, including the content of the Service, available time slots, pricing, and accessible amenities.
- "Reservation" means an Offer booked by a Guest through the Platform.
- "Facility Charge" means the fee set by the Facility for the use of its rooms, spaces, or other services.
- "Service Fee" means the fee charged by DayDreamHub to the Guest for reservation intermediation, system use, customer support, and other ancillary services, including payment processing fees.
- "Total Amount" means the sum of the Facility Charge, Service Fee, and payment processing fees, representing the final amount payable by the Guest through the Platform.
- "Local Taxes and Surcharges" means taxes such as accommodation taxes or other charges not included in the price displayed on the Platform and which may be payable directly to the Facility at check-in.
- "Privacy Policy" means DayDreamHub's policy on the handling of personal data, available on the DayDreamHub website.
- "AI Phone Booking Service" means a service whereby DayDreamHub's AI contacts facilities not listed on the Platform on behalf of a Guest to inquire about day-use availability and make a reservation. Each request includes calls to up to three (3) facilities.
- "AI Phone Booking Fee" means the fee payable by the Guest for use of the AI Phone Booking Service, set at USD $7 per request (covering calls to three facilities). In the event that all call attempts are unsuccessful — meaning the facility did not answer or was fully booked — the AI Phone Booking Fee shall be refunded in full.
Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, Guests agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation. If a Guest does not agree to these Terms, they must refrain from using the Platform.
These Terms shall take precedence over any contractual or non-contractual documents exchanged between the Guest and DayDreamHub.
Article 3 — Overview of Services
DayDreamHub operates as an online travel agency (OTA) connecting Guests with facilities offering day-use and short-stay plans. While DayDreamHub facilitates reservations between Guests and Facilities, it does not bear direct responsibility for the quality or safety of services provided by Facilities.
Facility information displayed on the Platform, including photographs, amenities, and pricing, is provided by Facility Owners. DayDreamHub does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information.
In addition to its standard reservation service, DayDreamHub offers an AI Phone Booking Service, through which its AI contacts unlisted facilities on behalf of Guests to check availability and make reservations. Different terms apply to the AI Phone Booking Service (see Article 6-2).
The Platform and its services are intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. Certain facilities may impose additional restrictions on access by minors, and Guests are responsible for complying with each facility's individual terms of use.
Article 4 — Guest Account
4.1 Account Creation
Guests may create a user account by clicking the "Sign Up" button and registering an email address and password. Once registered, Guests may log in to view current and past reservation history.
4.2 Updating Personal Information
Guests may review and update their personal information within their account at any time. For security reasons, the email address associated with an account cannot be changed by the Guest directly. To request an email address change, please contact [email protected].
4.3 Account Deletion
Guests may delete their account via the account deletion section or by sending a request to [email protected]. Account deletion is permitted even where active reservations exist; however, such reservations will be treated as cancelled and the applicable cancellation policy of each facility will apply. Where payment has already been processed through the Platform, no refund will be issued. Deletion of an account will result in the removal of associated personal data.
4.4 Account Security
Guests are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. DayDreamHub shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or misuse resulting from a Guest's failure to secure their login information. Guests who become aware of any unauthorized use of their account should notify DayDreamHub immediately at [email protected].
Article 5 — Conditions of Use
Each plan specifies its available time slots and stay conditions. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of their selected plan prior to arrival.
For day-use and short-stay plans, check-in and check-out times are governed by the time slot specified in the applicable Offer.
Guests who arrive after the check-in window may be denied entry at the facility's discretion. Late arrival surcharges may apply, the amount of which shall be determined by the Facility.
Overstaying beyond the designated check-out time may also result in additional charges at the Facility's discretion.
The number of guests admitted shall not exceed the number declared at the time of reservation without the prior approval of the Facility. Additional charges may apply for excess guests.
Facility-specific rules — including but not limited to no-smoking policies, pet restrictions, noise regulations, identification requirements, and policies regarding minors — are established at the Facility's discretion. Guests are required to review and comply with each facility's rules at check-in. Guests who violate facility rules may be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Article 6 — Reservation Process
6.1 Search and Discovery
Guests may search for and book available facilities within DayDreamHub's coverage area by city name, facility name, or specific criteria.
6.2 Making a Reservation
A DayDreamHub account is required to make a reservation. Guests without an existing account will have one automatically created upon submission of a reservation request. Guests must select the Offer corresponding to their desired Service, review the reservation details, and submit a reservation request. Accurate personal information — including full name, email address, and phone number — must be provided at the time of booking.
6.3 Approval of Reservation Requests
Reservation requests are subject to approval by the Facility Owner following payment. DayDreamHub operates a request-based reservation system, and approval is subject to availability and other circumstances at the Facility's discretion.
6.4 Reservation Confirmation
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the Guest's registered email address. If no confirmation email is received, Guests are advised to check their spam or junk folder. Guests should retain their reservation details for presentation at the Facility. Please note that a reservation request is not confirmed until the Guest receives a confirmation email; Guests should refrain from visiting the Facility prior to receiving such confirmation.
6.5 Modifications
Reservation details — including dates and plan selection — cannot be modified. Guests wishing to make changes must cancel their existing reservation and submit a new one. The applicable cancellation policy of the Facility will apply to any cancelled confirmed reservation.
6.6 Refund Upon Rejection
In the event that a Facility Owner rejects a reservation request, DayDreamHub will refund the full amount paid within no more than five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Article 6-2 — AI Phone Booking Service
6-2.1 Overview
The AI Phone Booking Service enables DayDreamHub's AI to contact facilities not listed on the Platform on a Guest's behalf to check day-use availability and make a reservation. The service is available for any facility listed on Google Maps, worldwide.
6-2.2 How It Works
Guests initiate the service by specifying the desired facility name, date, time, and plan details. Upon successful payment of the AI Phone Booking Fee, DayDreamHub's AI will begin placing calls to the specified facilities in sequence. Each request covers calls to three (3) facilities. If a reservation is successfully confirmed, DayDreamHub will notify the Guest by email at their registered email address.
6-2.3 Fees and Payment
The AI Phone Booking Fee is USD $7 per request (covering three facility calls) and is charged at the time the request is submitted. If all three call attempts are unsuccessful — meaning the facility did not answer or was fully booked — the fee will be refunded in full within no more than five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Facility pricing, available time slots, and other conditions vary by facility and are not guaranteed by DayDreamHub. Payment of facility charges is to be made directly to the facility at check-in.
6-2.4 Disclaimer
The AI Phone Booking Service is designed to facilitate contact with non-partner facilities and does not guarantee that a reservation will be successfully made. Once a facility has accepted a reservation, all subsequent interactions between the Guest and the facility — including pricing, service content, and cancellations — fall outside the scope of DayDreamHub's responsibility. The terms and cancellation policies of the individual facility shall govern such interactions.
Article 7 — Pricing
7.1 Prices displayed for each Offer represent the cost of the Service and include VAT and service charges where applicable. Local Taxes and Surcharges are not included and may be payable directly to the Facility at check-in.
7.2 Prices displayed on the Platform comprise the Facility Charge and the Service Fee. The breakdown of each component and the Total Amount will be clearly indicated at the time of reservation confirmation.
7.3 Certain Offers may be subject to additional Local Taxes and Surcharges. Where applicable, an estimated amount will be indicated in the Offer summary; however, such amounts are provided for reference only and are not binding on DayDreamHub. These figures are provided by Facility Owners, and DayDreamHub accepts no liability for any inaccuracy in the amounts stated.
7.4 Guests may be required to provide a security deposit upon arrival at the Facility in accordance with the Facility's policies. Whether a deposit is required, and the applicable amount and refund conditions, shall be determined at the Facility's discretion.
7.5 All prices on the Platform are displayed in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference purposes only and may differ from the actual amount charged due to exchange rate fluctuations. DayDreamHub accepts no liability for any difference arising from currency conversion.
7.6 The AI Phone Booking Fee of USD $7 per request is charged separately from any facility usage fees. Facility charges vary by property and are payable directly to the facility at check-in.
Article 8 — Payment
8.1 All payments are processed securely through DayDreamHub's designated payment methods (including PayPal). Guests shall pay the Total Amount displayed on the Platform to DayDreamHub in USD. Currency conversion rates applied by the Guest's PayPal account or payment service may apply.
8.2 Upon successful payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to the Guest. The reservation request will then be forwarded to the Facility. If the Facility Owner rejects the request and the reservation is not confirmed, the full amount paid will be refunded within no more than five (5) to seven (7) business days.
8.3 The AI Phone Booking Fee (USD $7) is charged at the time the request is submitted, after which DayDreamHub's AI will begin placing calls. If all call attempts are unsuccessful — meaning the facility did not answer or was fully booked — the fee will be refunded in full within no more than five (5) to seven (7) business days.
8.4 Payment methods for charges payable directly to the Facility — including Local Taxes and Surcharges, security deposits, and facility usage fees for AI Phone Booking Service reservations — vary by facility.
8.5 If a payment transaction fails, the reservation request will not be submitted. Guests should verify their payment details and resubmit.
8.6 The payment confirmation email sent upon successful payment serves as a receipt. Please note that DayDreamHub does not issue separate invoices.
Article 9 — Cancellation Policy
9.1 Cancellation policies vary by facility. Guests are advised to review the applicable cancellation policy prior to making a reservation. DayDreamHub shall enforce the cancellation policy set by each individual facility.
9.2 Guests may submit a cancellation request through their account page (/mypage). Whether a cancellation is accepted and the amount of any refund shall be determined in accordance with the Facility's cancellation policy. Cancellations are confirmed by the Facility Owner.
9.3 Default Cancellation Policy
Where a Facility has not established its own cancellation policy, the following DayDreamHub default cancellation policy shall apply:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved check-in time (local time) are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount. Where payment has already been made, the amount paid shall be applied toward the cancellation fee.
9.4 Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure occurrence that has been officially declared or recognized by a public authority, directly affects the location of the reserved facility, and renders it impossible or impractical for the Guest to arrive at or use the facility, the Guest may cancel their reservation free of charge, provided that the Facility Owner acknowledges the event as constituting force majeure. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Customer Service within seven (7) days of the date the force majeure event occurs or the scheduled check-in date, whichever is earlier.
Qualifying force majeure events include: pandemics and epidemics; natural disasters (including earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, typhoons, and floods); wars, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, and military operations; and government-imposed travel restrictions or border closures.
9.5 Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of the exceptional circumstances listed below, Guests may request a free cancellation or modification of their reservation. Such requests do not guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be granted. Requests must be submitted to Customer Service within seven (7) days of the date the circumstances arise or the scheduled check-in date, whichever is earlier. DayDreamHub may require supporting documentation. Any documentation submitted will be shared with the Facility Owner, and the decision on whether to approve the cancellation or modification will be made following consultation between DayDreamHub and the Facility Owner.
Qualifying exceptional circumstances include: the death of the Guest or an immediate family member; hospitalization of the Guest or an immediate family member; and compelling professional, legal, or judicial obligations beyond the Guest's control.
9.6 Cancellations via AI Phone Booking Service
Reservations made through the AI Phone Booking Service must be cancelled directly with the facility in accordance with that facility's cancellation policy. As such reservations constitute a direct agreement between the Guest and a non-partner facility, DayDreamHub bears no responsibility for handling cancellations or any related matters.
Article 10 — No-Show Policy
10.1 If a Guest fails to arrive for a confirmed reservation without cancelling in advance (a "no-show"), no refund will be issued for any amounts already paid. Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Facility's policies.
10.2 A no-show shall be deemed to have occurred where the Guest has neither contacted the Facility nor arrived by the end of the check-in window.
10.3 Guests who anticipate a delay in arrival should contact the Facility directly as soon as possible.
10.4 In the event of a no-show, DayDreamHub will notify the Guest by email.
10.5 Guests who accumulate two (2) no-shows will be subject to mandatory account termination and suspension from the Platform. No-shows attributable to force majeure events or exceptional circumstances as defined in Articles 9.4 and 9.5 shall not be counted toward this total.
10.6 In the event that a terminated Guest attempts to create a new account to circumvent suspension, DayDreamHub reserves the right to share the Guest's name and other identifying information with Facilities for the purpose of preventing misuse of the Platform.
10.7 Guests who wish to contest an account suspension may submit an appeal to [email protected]. The outcome of any appeal shall be determined at DayDreamHub's sole discretion.
Article 11 — Guest Obligations
11.1 Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation. DayDreamHub accepts no liability for any disputes or issues arising between a Guest and a Facility as a result of inaccurate information provided by the Guest.
11.2 Guests must either arrive at the Facility at the reserved time or cancel their reservation through the Platform in advance.
11.3 Guests must comply with all reservation conditions, including designated check-in and check-out times.
11.4 Guests must observe the internal rules of the Facility and treat its staff with respect. Guests are solely responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of any persons accompanying them during their stay.
11.5 Guests must use DayDreamHub's services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If a Facility's staff identifies behavior that violates applicable laws or the Facility's internal regulations, the Facility shall be entitled to refuse or discontinue service.
11.6 Guests must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose and must treat the Facility's property with care.
11.7 Upon check-out, Guests must ensure that all charges incurred at the Facility have been settled in accordance with the Facility's policies. In the event of non-payment, DayDreamHub may contact the Guest on the Facility's behalf.
11.8 Liability for Damages
In the event that a Guest causes damage or loss to a Facility, the Guest shall be obligated to compensate the Facility or reimburse it for any resulting costs in accordance with the Facility's policies.
11.9 Blacklisting
Guests who fail to comply with the obligations set forth in this Article may be added to DayDreamHub's blacklist. Blacklisted Guests will be prohibited from using the Platform. Guests may submit a request for removal from the blacklist by contacting [email protected]. Any decision to remove a Guest from the blacklist shall be made at DayDreamHub's sole discretion.
Article 12 — DayDreamHub's Obligations and Liability
12.1 DayDreamHub acts as an intermediary between Guests and partner Facilities. DayDreamHub undertakes to transmit all information necessary to facilitate the Guest's reservation. DayDreamHub's liability is limited to the provision of this intermediary service. The service agreement is ultimately entered into between the Guest and the Facility; DayDreamHub is not a party to that agreement.
12.2 The services provided by each Facility are governed by that Facility's own terms of sale and internal regulations. DayDreamHub shall not be liable for any failure or inadequacy in the performance of a Facility's services. Where a Guest experiences a service quality issue, DayDreamHub will accept the complaint and take reasonable steps to assist in resolving the matter.
12.3 DayDreamHub shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or theft occurring during a Guest's stay at a Facility, nor for any incident, accident, or unlawful occurrence at the Facility.
12.4 DayDreamHub strongly condemns all illegal activities. In the event that indications of fraud, human trafficking, or other unlawful conduct are identified in connection with DayDreamHub's services, DayDreamHub will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
12.5 DayDreamHub shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Platform arising from system failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks by third parties, or other similar events beyond DayDreamHub's control.
12.6 DayDreamHub shall not be liable for any disruption or malfunction of third-party services used in connection with the Platform, including payment processors and mapping services.
Article 13 — Facility-Initiated Cancellations
13.1 In the event that a confirmed reservation is cancelled due to circumstances on the part of the Facility, DayDreamHub will refund the full amount paid by the Guest within no more than five (5) to seven (7) business days. DayDreamHub's liability in such cases is limited to the refund of the amount paid and does not extend to any additional compensation, including but not limited to transportation costs or inconvenience damages.
Article 14 — Reviews
14.1 Following check-out, Guests may submit a review of their experience through the Platform.
14.2 By submitting a review, Guests warrant that:
- The content of the review is truthful and accurate; and
- The review pertains to a facility that was actually reserved and visited through the Platform.
14.3 Reviews that fall into any of the following categories may be removed without prior notice:
- Content that is false, exaggerated, or defamatory;
- Content that is abusive or offensive toward Facility staff or DayDreamHub;
- Content unrelated to the reserved service;
- Content containing personal information; or
- Content that violates applicable laws or public order and morality.
14.4 Guests who submit false or malicious reviews may be subject to blacklisting under Article 11.9.
Article 15 — Messaging
15.1 Guests may send reservation-related messages to Facilities through their account page (/mypage).
15.2 The messaging function is intended solely for communication between Guests and Facilities regarding reservations.
15.3 The following uses of the messaging function are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension:
- Solicitation, advertising, or spam;
- Content unrelated to a reservation;
- Harassment, threats, or offensive messages directed at Facility staff;
- Content related to unlawful activities; or
- Attempts to solicit off-platform transactions or payments.
Article 16 — Customer Support and Complaints
16.1 Guests who experience issues during a reservation or upon arrival at a Facility may contact DayDreamHub's Customer Service:

To enable prompt handling of inquiries, Guests are asked to provide the following:
- Reservation number;
- Username (account name); and
- Any relevant supporting documents.
16.2 Customer Service reserves the right to carry out all necessary verification, including identity confirmation and review of information related to the complaint or request. For the purpose of investigating the facts of a matter, relevant information may be shared with the Facility concerned. Customer Service is not authorized to disclose information to any other third parties, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
16.3 Customer Service will review all requests and complaints and determine, at its discretion, what action, if any, is appropriate in light of the circumstances.
Article 17 — Personal Data
DayDreamHub processes personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Guests are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy to understand how their personal data is handled.
In accordance with the Privacy Policy, DayDreamHub may contact Guests for the purpose of conducting satisfaction surveys or confirming reservation-related information, solely for the purpose of improving its services.
Guest personal data may be shared with Facilities and other necessary third parties for the purposes of processing reservations, providing customer support, and fulfilling legal obligations. Any sharing of personal data for other purposes shall be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Platform uses cookies. For details on how cookies are used and how they may be managed, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 18 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and designs — is the intellectual property of DayDreamHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Guests are prohibited from:
- Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior authorization;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform or any associated application; or
- Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform.
By submitting a review or other content to the Platform, Guests grant DayDreamHub a non-exclusive right to display and use such content on the Platform.
Intellectual property rights in photographs and facility information provided by Facility Owners remain vested in the respective Facilities. DayDreamHub is authorized to use such content on the Platform pursuant to its agreements with Facility Owners.
Article 19 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the formation, interpretation, or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are established in both English and Japanese, both of which shall be equally authoritative. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Japanese versions, the English version shall prevail.
Article 20 — Amendments
DayDreamHub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Guests via a notice on the Platform and by email to the Guest's registered email address. Amendments shall take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice.
Guests who continue to use the Platform or make a new reservation following the effective date of any amendment shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
Guests are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Guests who do not agree to the amended Terms should discontinue use of the Platform.
