Dynasty Tourist Inn, is one of the more popular Pension house in Cebu City. In 1990, proprietor Mr. Felix C. Guanzon & Marilyn Guanzon established the pension house to serve to customers within uptown Cebu, which is very accessible to hospitals, churches, malls, schools, downtown and many more, as well as, transportation is of no problem. Since then, Dynasty Tourist Inn had grown and expanded its market covering guests from Luzon, other regions in Visayas, Mindanao and even to people abroad.
