About Reservations

Multiple reservations may be possible for the same room.
Multiple reservations for different rooms need to be made separately for each room.
In some cases, it is possible to re-book your reservation if necessary. Should you need to reschedule your reservation, we recommend you read through the procedures carefully before processing. ■If you cancel your current reservation, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy of each plan set by the facility/store you use, as well as the time of cancellation. Please check the cancellation policy for your reservation before making a booking. ※The facility/store is solely responsible for setting the cancellation policy and determining when a cancellation fee will be charged. Please contact the facility/store directly for any inquiries regarding cancellation fees. ■In some cases, it may not be possible to make another reservation under the same terms and conditions. For instance, you will not be able to reserve the room again if someone else makes a reservation immediately after you cancel your reservation. We recommend that you cancel your current reservation after making a new reservation to replace the current one. ※If there are no vacancies on the site and you are unable to make a new reservation unless you cancel your current reservation, please contact the hotel/store directly, as they may be able to help you make a reservation. ■The plan prices fluctuate daily, so even if you make a reservation for the same date/time/number of people/room/seat/plan, the reservation price may vary if you make a rebooking. ※The plans listed on the website are priced directly by the facility/shop you are using. If you have any questions about the rates, such as “why the rates are discounted on certain dates”, please contact the facility/store directly(kyodake.com does not set these rates).

As a general rule, reservations cannot be made after they have been canceled.

Please check the availability of rooms or seats on the website and make a new reservation, if possible.

In some circumstances, even if there are no vacancies or you are unable to make a new reservation, you may be able to make a reservation by checking directly with the facility/shop.

When a reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the facility’s/store’s policy. Please check the cancellation policy before booking. A description of the terms and conditions will be in the plan’s details or reservation email.

About Payment

Please pay at the reception of the hotel where you made the reservation.
All prices are per room.The number of people allowed in each room is pre-determined, so please check each room’s page for details.
